Earn While You Learn: A stipend of ā¹20,000 is earned during the learning and training period. Classroom Training (15 Days): Stipend of ā¹5,000 (Total). On-The-Job Training (45 Days): Stipend of ā¹15,000 (Total). Industry-Vetted Training: The training is created in collaboration with AU Small Finance Bank. Certification: A recognized credential for BFSI professionals is provided by IMT Ghaziabad CDL. Career Growth Roadmap: Provides a clear progression from entry-level to leadership roles. Mentorship: Includes mentorship and career growth support. Post-Program Role: Successful graduates are positioned as Relationship Officer, GL (Gold Loan).
